2. Nature of the Service

NailInsight is a wellness information tool. It provides appearance-based insights for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency triage.

3. No Medical Advice

App output must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have symptoms, pain, rapid changes, or ongoing health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Not use the app for emergency medical decisions
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns

5. Premium Subscriptions

NailInsight offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly). By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

6. Account Registration

You may use certain features of the app without creating an account. Account registration is optional but recommended to sync your data across devices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in this app are owned by NailInsight. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NailInsight shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this app. Results are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
